A good lady attended to me and got me exactly what I needed

Terrible customer service! the person on the phone was incredibly rude. They barely listened to what I was asking and kept cutting me off. When I expressed frustration, they basically told me it was fine if we never ordered from them again, like they couldn’t care less about our business. If that’s how they treat customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend!

Hey y'all DO NOT listen to these people when they say yes you can return it if it's not the problem. Because that is a lie! I purchased a radiator on June 6th of this year. I pacifically asked if this isn't the problem can I return it. The lady said yes. But now I'm told you can't return it if it had been installed. Now mind you it was only put in and water was the only thing that was put in it and we found out that wasn't the problem. Never even turned the car over. And now I'm short a $100 because I installed it. But AutoZone I had just taken 2 parts back right before goingto performance they returned both parts there that was installed. So maybe I should have been more clearer or somebody needs to know how to explain the warenty to there customers. Next time I'll go to the next town over or just don't deal with this company all together. The manager at that store Debra is a hateful nasty individual.
